KNOCK! Privacy Policy

Who we are: KNOCK! is a door-to-door sales training game made by DazumGood LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("DazumGood," "we," "us"). Mailing address: 6650 Rivers Ave Ste 105, PMB 638873, North Charleston, SC 29406-4829, US. Contact: dazumgood@gmail.com.
This policy covers the website at www.knocksalestraining.com, the KNOCK! browser game, and our emails.
1. What we collect

We don't use advertising cookies and we don't sell or rent personal information.
2. How we use it
To run the waitlist and pilot; to send emails about KNOCK! (you can opt out anytime, §5); to improve the game using pilot results; to keep records required by law; and to protect the site from abuse. Pilot results may be used in aggregate, de-identified form (for example, "reps averaged 3.4 sessions a week") in product decisions and marketing. We won't name a rep or a pilot company publicly without written permission.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run KNOCK!, under their own terms: Google (Gmail, Google Forms and Google Sheets), Cloudflare Pages (hosting), Supabase (sign-in and account database), and Stripe (payments). When you pay, Stripe tells us your email and plan so your account unlocks. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety, or to a successor if DazumGood's business is sold or reorganized. During a pilot, a rep's exported results are shared with that rep's own company manager and with us.
4. How long we keep it
Waitlist and pilot contacts: until you ask us to delete them or 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first. Sign-in accounts (email and plan): while your account is open and up to 24 months after your plan ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner; payment records are kept as long as the law requires. Pilot exports: 12 months after the pilot ends, then deleted or de-identified. Suppression list entries are kept indefinitely so we never email you again. Game data on your device stays until you clear your browser data or use Reset in the Tester panel.
5. Your choices
- Stop marketing email: reply "STOP", use the unsubscribe link in any email, go to www.knocksalestraining.com/unsubscribe/, or email dazumgood@gmail.com. We honor opt-outs within 1 business day (the law allows 10) and don't ask for anything but your email address.
- Access, correct or delete: email us at the address above. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
- Game data: it's on your device; clearing site data erases it.
6. Children
KNOCK! is a business training tool for adults. It is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. You must be 18 or older to use KNOCK!. This applies to all users, including pilot reps.
7. Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to people who need it, but no system is perfectly secure.
8. Changes
We'll post changes here with a new effective date. Material changes will be emailed to pilot contacts.
