KNOCK! Terms of Use

These terms are between you and DazumGood LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, 6650 Rivers Ave Ste 105, PMB 638873, North Charleston, SC 29406-4829, US ("DazumGood," "we"). By using www.knocksalestraining.com or the KNOCK! game (the "Service"), you agree to them. If you use KNOCK! through a signed Pilot Agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

1. What KNOCK! is. A training game that simulates door-to-door sales conversations. It is an early prototype offered for practice and feedback.
2. Not professional, legal or compliance advice. Scripts, scores and "top rep" lines are training examples. They aren't legal, licensing or compliance guidance. Follow your company's approved scripts and all laws that apply to your industry and territory (for example, local solicitation permits and do-not-knock rules). The Insurance pack is BETA, is not sold in paid plans, and has not had a licensing or compliance review; don't use it as real script guidance.
3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. This applies to all users, including pilot reps.
4. Acceptable use. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the game or its content; don't interfere with the site; don't share pilot links outside your pilot group; don't submit anything unlawful or anyone else's personal information in comments.
5. Ownership. DazumGood LLC owns KNOCK!, its software, characters, art, scripts, scoring rubric and content, and the KNOCK! name and branding. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your own training. Feedback you send us (ratings, comments, suggestions) may be used by DazumGood freely, without payment or obligation.
6. Your data. See the Privacy Policy at www.knocksalestraining.com/privacy/. Game progress is stored in your browser; clearing it erases progress.
7. Free and paid plans; changes. We offer free and paid plans. We may change, suspend or end any part of the Service. Paid plans only start with clear pricing and your separate agreement to pay. Paid plans, including recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases, are billed through Stripe. Recurring subscriptions are billed each billing period until you cancel. How to cancel: Manage or cancel your plan at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/8x26oG5Me2Jd5pi9r3bfO00 (enter your email to get a sign-in link). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can also cancel by emailing dazumgood@gmail.com. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged after that.
8. No warranty. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise any sales result.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DazumGood isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to $100.
10. Indemnity. You'll cover claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms.
11. Governing law. South Carolina law; courts in Charleston County, South Carolina.
12. Changes to these terms. We'll post updates with a new effective date; continuing to use the Service means you accept them.
